Our Jobstars under-go a 3 stage screening process to attract people keen to work:
Online application form - we get to know the candidate and assess their experience, and motivations.
ID verification - if they meet our first round criteria we will complete pre-verification checks to verify their identity, qualifications/certifications, and their right to work.
One-One Induction - our last and most important step is to be inducted onto Jobloads by one of our team members. They show candidates how to use the platform, help them to set up their Jobstar profile, and get them ready to start working.
