Become a Jobstar.
To become a Jobstar you will undergo a 3 stage screening process:
Step 1: Complete the online application form so that we can learn more about you, your motivations, and experiences.
Step 2: We will verify your ID, qualifications/certifications, and right to work in New Zealand.
Step 3: You’re nearly there! One of our team members will induct you onto Jobloads, help you set up your profile, and get you ready to start working with our Growers.
Browse jobs.
Once you complete screening you will become a Jobstar and be given free access to the Jobloads app.
Full transparency on the conditions of a job like the pay rate and site conditions will be available for you to consider. Browse and apply for as many jobs as you want.
You will be notified by Jobloads when you have been accepted onto a job.
Work jobs.
Now that you have been accepted onto a job you will be sent an employment contract to sign and return.
All that’s left to do is to get working.
As you work your hours will be captured digitally and the Grower who employs you for the job will pay you your weekly wage.
When the job is complete you are ready to start your next booked job or move on to further training, or maybe a permanent job. It’s your choice!
