We are Jobloads.
We strive to create optimum conditions where workers and growers can easily connect, thrive, and work with mana together. We’re starting with kiwi based workers in horticulture.
About us.
We believe that there is dignity in every job and people can find mana at work. From a Te Ao Māori perspective mana is firmly rooted in the word manaakitanga, the process of being hospitable, showing respect, and supporting others. But it can be difficult to balance and uphold the mana of people in the workplace when there is an imbalance. When the temporary labour supply system hasn’t been working right or tika for a long time. When people don’t feel valued for their work, and when businesses are frustrated with an unreliable labour supply.
Our Growers and Jobstars have signaled that they want to see change, that they want to do the right thing by one another. So we have developed a digital solution that removes the friction workers and businesses experience when they work on seasonal jobs together. Our mission is to make every job experience tika - right.
We’re starting in horticulture, helping growers take control of their seasonal labour supply needs and helping workers feel more valued for the work they do.
Jobloads gives prospecting workers a free platform to find work, jump in a ride-share crew to work, and ensure their mana is upheld while they are working so that every job experience is tika/right. For growers, Jobloads streamlines hiring and seasonal workforce flows enabling them to employ with confidence and act with mana during every job. There's no need to rely on third party contractors saving up to 50% in service fees while protecting the mana of their growing business and the people within it.
Jobloads wants to see every horticultural workplace thrive by enabling a future where growers and workers can find mana at work.
Our mission is to make every job experience tika - right.
